Product Overview
The multi-level PTFE soft-sealed butterfly valve is designed based on the three-dimensional eccentric principle. The sealing ring adopts a multi-level structure that combines hard and soft sealing. It is suitable for regulating and shutting off fluids in pipelines for various media, such as metallurgy, electricity, petrochemicals, air, gas, water supply, and drainage, where the medium temperature is ≤200°C. It offers reliable sealing performance and extends the application of general butterfly valves into the medium-to-high pressure field. Building on this structure, a new generation of three-eccentric PTFE-sealed butterfly valves can be created by replacing the multi-level sealing ring with polytetrafluoroethylene, which is widely used for corrosive media at temperatures ≤200°C.

(A) Precision Manufacturing Flow
- Body Molding:
- Adopts resin sand casting (carbon steel) or centrifugal casting (stainless steel), and undergoes double testing by ultrasonic testing (UT) and radiographic testing (RT) to eliminate internal defects.
- High-temperature annealing treatment relieves internal stress, and the hardness of WCB body is controlled at HB170-210 to ensure structural strength.
- Sealing Surface Processing:
- The sealing surface is ground by a five-axis CNC grinder, with flatness error ≤0.01mm and surface roughness Ra≤0.4μm.
- The PTFE sealing ring is formed by compression molding, and the interference fit gap with the body is ≤0.02mm to ensure zero leakage.
- Hydraulic System Assembly:
- The heavy hammer and hydraulic damper are precisely adjusted through a lever mechanism, with a linkage error ≤±0.5°, and each valve undergoes 500 opening/closing life tests.
