(A) Fluorine Lining Anti-Corrosion System
- Full Fluorine Lining Structure Design:
The valve body, disc, and internal flow channel adopt integrally molded fluoroplastic lining (thickness ≥2mm), commonly made of PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene) or FEP (fluorinated ethylene propylene), which can resist strong corrosive media such as 98% sulfuric acid and 30% sodium hydroxide, with a permeability ≤0.01mg/cm²·day, in compliance with ASTM D1433 standards. - Anti-Desquamation Process:
The lining and valve body are combined through dovetail grooves + mechanical anchoring, cured at 200°C to ensure the bonding strength between the lining and metal matrix ≥5MPa, avoiding the risk of desquamation caused by media scouring (such as intergranular corrosion scenarios common in sulfuric acid pipelines).

- Space-Saving Design:
The thickness of the wafer type valve body is only 1/3 of that of the flanged type, suitable for compact installation scenarios (such as pipeline interlayers and reactor inlets/outlets), with a 40% weight reduction and 25% lower installation costs. - Bi-Directional Sealing Performance:
The fluoroplastic cladding layer on the disc edge forms an elastic sealing pair with the valve seat, achieving bi-directional zero leakage through air pressure assistance (leakage rate ≤1×10⁻⁸m³/s, EN12266 Class A standard), especially suitable for corrosive media pipelines requiring bi-directional cutoff. 
(C) Pneumatic Drive System
- Efficient Actuator:
The aluminum alloy pneumatic actuator undergoes anodizing treatment, with a built-in double-piston rack and pinion mechanism, response time ≤0.8 seconds (DN50), output torque ≥50N·m, supporting 4-20mA signal feedback and stroke adjustment. - Safety Redundancy Design:
Optional spring return device (single-acting type) automatically resets to a safe position in case of air failure; explosion-proof actuators comply with Ex d IIC T6 standards, suitable for inflammable and explosive environments (such as chemical workshops).

- Valve Body Pretreatment:
The carbon steel valve body undergoes sandblasting rust removal (Sa2.5 grade), and the inner lining surface is grooved with dovetail grooves (depth 1.5mm), ensuring no pinhole defects through spark detection (voltage 15kV). - Fluorine Lining Molding:
Adopting molding and sintering process, PTFE powder is sintered at 380℃, and the cooling rate is controlled within 5℃/min to avoid internal stress cracking; after lining, full-size machining is performed to ensure the flatness of the sealing surface ≤0.05mm. - Assembly and Testing:
Each valve undergoes 1.5 times nominal pressure hydrostatic testing (holding pressure for 30 minutes) and helium leak detection (leakage rate ≤1×10⁻⁹mbar·L/s). Sampling is conducted for 100,000 opening-closing cycle tests, with lining wear ≤0.1mm.
