(A) Concentric Central Line Structure Design
- Low-Resistance Flow Channel Characteristics:
The central line layout makes the disc parallel to the fluid flow direction in the open state, with the flow resistance coefficient Cv increased by 20% compared to the eccentric structure (pressure loss of DN300 valve ≤0.3m water column), especially suitable for large-flow transportation scenarios (such as urban main water transmission pipes). - 90° Precise On-Off:
The handle operation stroke is fixed at 90°, and the limit device is used to achieve precise feedback of the on-off state. The manual operation torque is ≤80N·m (DN200), which can be easily controlled by human force.

- Multi-Material Sealing Solutions:

- Disc and Stem Assembly:
- The disc undergoes dynamic balance testing (residual unbalance ≤10g·cm), and the stem and disc are connected by involute splines (fit tolerance H7/g6) to prevent axial movement; the stainless steel stem surface is nitrided (hardness HV≥700), and the wear life is increased by 3 times.
- Seal Testing Process:
- Each valve undergoes a 1.5-fold nominal pressure hydrostatic test (holding pressure for 30 minutes) and a 1.1-fold air pressure leakage test (helium leak detection). Sampling is conducted for 100,000 opening and closing life tests, and the sealing performance retention rate is ≥95%.
