Main Features of Cast Steel Slab Gate Valves
- The valve seat is inlaid with soft sealing ring to make the sealing zero leakage. The sealing surface of valve seat and gate is overlaid with cemented carbide to improve the scouring resistance and prolong the service life of the valve
- The valve meets NACE standard, fugitive emission function and fire test certification of API Spec 607
- The valve seat can be designed with double piston or single piston with low operating torque
- Locking devices standard on lever operated valves
- All valves have self cavity pressure relief function to ensure the safety of the pressure in the middle chamber
- API 622 certified live loading of packing and low leakage packing, make the stem seal safer
