A DN300 pneumatic knife gate valve is a specialized valve designed for controlling the flow of various media, including liquids with suspended solids, slurries, and powders. The “DN300” designation indicates a nominal diameter of 300 millimeters (approximately 12 inches), making it suitable for large-scale industrial applications.
Pneumatic Knife Gate Valve with knife-type damper has good shearing action, making it most suitable for pulp, powder materials, and fibers that are difficult to control in fluid flow. It is widely used in industries such as papermaking, petrochemicals, mining, drainage, and food. The valve offers multiple seat options and can be equipped with electric or pneumatic actuators to meet field control requirements, enabling automation of valve operations.
