- Modular maintenance design: The top entry structure allows direct disassembly of components from the top of the valve body, enabling on-line maintenance or replacement of parts without overall disassembly of the valve, which greatly reduces downtime.

Manufacturing Process
- Material processing: The valve body adopts Cast or forging process (such as Hastelloy and other special materials), and its chemical composition and mechanical properties meet ASME standards. Forging eliminates internal defects of materials and improves structural strength.
- Precision machining: The ball and valve seat are processed by high-precision lathes and grinders, and the surface roughness is controlled in a very low range to ensure fit; the design of the sealing surface strictly calculates the specific pressure and allowable specific pressure to ensure sealing reliability.
- Assembly process: Adopts split assembly, and the ball and valve seat are installed from the side for precise positioning; the elastic elements (such as springs) at the rear of the valve seat undergo preload testing to ensure stable sealing force during long-term use.
- Testing standards: Each valve undergoes pressure testing, sealing testing, action testing, etc. Key components such as valve stems and trunnions are subject to non-destructive testing to ensure compliance with international standards such as API 6D/6A.
